What Our Participants Say

"Before joining Bridges Care's art group, I spent most days at home feeling lonely. Now I come to the centre three times a week for painting classes, cooking, and social groups. I've made amazing friends, learned to cook healthy meals, and my artwork is displayed at local galleries! I feel like I'm part of a real community now. This program changed my life."

— Emma L., Penrith Participant
