Getting around your community could be difficult if you could not drive as a result of your disability. BridgesCare can support with you if you are an NDIS participant and have been approved for the support category “transport” in your NDIS plan.

We have capable staff members who can drive you to your appointment or another place in the community and take you back home when you’re done. We provide you with safe, convenient transport, scheduled in advance to help you get to your location such as:
